Sales Manager DACH

Driven by sales and passionate about design?

To accelerate our growth in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Manager DACH who will further strengthen our brand presence in this key region.

What you will do

• You are the main point of contact for our customers in the DACH region: from high-end retailers to architects and hospitality projects.

• You build on existing relationships and proactively seek out new opportunities and partnerships.

• You keep a close eye on market trends and competitors and translate insights into a concrete commercial strategy.

• You work closely with our international sales and marketing team and report directly to the Sales Director.

• You represent Vincent Sheppard at trade fairs, events, and client visits in the region.

Who you are

• An experienced sales professional (min. 5 years) with a proven track record in the design, furniture, or hospitality sector.

• Fluent in German, Dutch, and English.

• You have a strong network in the design and project world or the ambition to build this quickly.

• You combine commercial flair with strategic insight and a results-driven mindset.

• You enjoy working independently but also thrive in an international team environment.

• Travelling within the region comes naturally to you.
